Our Mission and Values

The ECHO Diabetes Action Network (EDAN) strengthens how clinicians are trained and supported to care for people living with diabetes. We work to democratize access to diabetes specialty knowledge by equipping frontline health care professionals with the expertise and mentorship needed to deliver high-quality care locally.

Our mission is to build sustainable clinical capacity in rural and medically underserved communities so individuals living with diabetes can receive effective, evidence-based care close to home to be able to live happy and healthy lives with diabetes.
